Roti Jala

Bahan :

TEPUNG GANDUM BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN 275 gm
Garam 1/2 sudu teh
Telur 2 biji
Air 550-600 ml
Minyak Masak 3-4 sudu besar
Perwarna Kuning Sedikit 

Cara-Cara :

  1. Gabungkan TEPUNG GANDUM BAKERS'CHOICE VIT EN , garam, telur, air dan perwarna kuning dalam mangkuk pengadun. Gaulkan adunan sehingga sebati tanpa ketulan. (ayakkan sekiranya perlu)
  2. Ketepikan adunan selama 20 minit dan panaskan wajan datar.
  3. Lapkan sedikit minyak di atas wajan datar.
  4. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan Roti Jala, membuat bulatan di atas wajan sehingga dapat bentuk jala.
  5. Gorengkan kedua-dua belah sehingga masak.
